Trying to build an older gen pc for a friend, eyeing a 3rd gen i7 for him. Any shops that sell it for a good price? Ernakulam’s used market lacks reasonable pricing atm.
There are a few resellers on TE who can hook you up. Go through the threads and see if they fit your needs.

If you’re tech savvy, then feel free to buy components a la carte from this forum and assemble them yourself. You might get lucky and find someone selling an entire PC but chances are they’ll be a bit mid to high end.
Also many refurbishing shops are opening up all over the country but they usually sell laptops. Google Maps is your friend.

Mm I’ll keep an eye out on the marketplace, hope I can snag a deal or two. Locally.. not the best. Any idea if Bharathisystems is fine? They seem to be decently priced imo

Have purchased a few times from Bharathi systems, their is also oldlappy.
Recently got a mini pc replaced in oldlappy’s warranty period, and they honoured it.
Regardless of where buy from, make sure to stress test the hardware for any issues, right after the delivery.
