I don’t recommend it for p2p. It doesn’t support port forwarding

Proton would be my 1st choice. Happy to consider other good ones as well.
The port forwarding affects the upload speed more, right? Does downloading speed also get significantly affected?
Instead of saying upload speed, you can say that it affects connectivity.
While it doesn’t make much difference in popular torrents, it does have an impact on lesser known torrents. Which can result in stalled torrents.
Additionally if you are in private servers being able to connect helps a lot

Also interested in this. I have surfshark currently but will take slot for one device for any VPN that supports port forwarding. Will move to proton once my surfshark contract expires but this still has about a year to go.
