Anyone interested in buying a new sealed s25 at a discount?

I bought it off samsung India but then changed my mind to buy the ultra but Samsung doesn’t allow cancellation.

It’s supposed to be arriving tomorrow. It’s the new special colour blue-black 256gb variant .

Price will be 61k. Bill box warranty everything available. Just checking if anyone is interested

I think you should probably talk to their customer service and get it cancelled.

Nobody will buy a 61.8k device to save 800 rupees.

where is it available for 61.8k ? Isn’t the lowest at 68k or something?

I think if you reject it. they just cut some fees like Rs 500 something . Please note I am not hundred percent sure but I remember going through something like that many years ago for someone ordering a tablet.

Amazon. Or is it not authorised for S25 sales

It’s selling for 59000 on the Samsung Corporate store after bank discounts.

This is not authorized seller. The price for S25 is 74,999 with max discount of 5250. So somewhere around 68-69k. I can offer for 61k

yea I am selling at cost price of corporate discount, just added shipping.

If you reject the delivery at your doorstep (especially for pre-orders, high-value devices, or instant exchange orders), Samsung may deduct a cancellation fee; recent user experiences mention fees of ₹999 to ₹2999.

Rs 2999 for cancellation charge..WTF! …thats just day light robbery.

yea thats why lol, i’d rather sell it at cost price than give 3k to samsung to cancel, else i’ll keep it

For home appliances, transportation and labour charges are high since they are heavy goods. Still I agree, it should more reasonable than 3k.

Common man Rs 3k…. Amazon and Flipkart are dealing with such cancellations and returns in 1000s every day . They dont go asking for 3k cancellation charge.

They need to be little consumer friendly too . Ofcourse consumers have a choice to not order from them.

And thank god I read about this. I use to think it is Rs 500 something. This is Jhatka ( shocking for me)

Will avoid this Samsung website for the rest of my life.

Try OLX or local buyer and sell it for few hundred bucks to Rs 1000 less at max…otherwise continue using it.

No way it makes sense to give Samsung 3k for literally Rs 300. shipping cost.

It is all about the supply chain costs. Amazon has an extensive network and the large volumes allow various order to piggy back on one another from different sources to same destinations… Leading to significantly reduced costs.

I’m sharing with you a real life case. imagine sending a fridge to a remote village in the middle of nowhere where there is only kaccha road for entry and there is a river separating the warehouse the destination village. Now imagine no one else in that village (or nearby areas) orders from samsung. Just for that fridge, samsung has to contract a mini trick which will charge 3k-5k for the trip where only the fridge will be delivered. Also if the people need to carry the fridge (say to and from river ferry / boat), add labour charges.

I think they have kept 3k as liability contingency for such scenarios. Still agree it is high though - but costs can baloon up quickly.

Honestly you would have to take a huge hit to sell it, maybe just use it for a year and then sell it

I live in the mountains…Most of the product they will not deliver to such areas.

They have pretty much mapped out entire India. That is why we see not available for this pincode, or undeliverable.

As for Samsung. They do have contingency for that . They don’t deliver such bulky items on those pin code.

Samsung also uses bluedart/dtdct or Indianspeed post for many small and easy to ship items.

Yea I am ok with selling at the minimum price that is available right now. Not everybody can avail corporate discounts so I can help with that.
