PSU - 650w (assuming peak load is about 350watts)
2 monitors - 30w each

Total usage is like 400watts on an average - 600va def not sufficient

32inch monitor around 35watts
RX 9060xt - 160w
PSU - 750w (assuming peak pc power consumption is around 400w)

You need a total approx of 500watts for running your PC
And for that, 1100VA is what suits the best

Kind of yes, it will work

But there do exist cases where the CPU / GPU consumes more than it’s rated power
(just like my r9 5900x - rated for 105w, but stays normally around 165w during idle, again around 105 under load)

So for your thing, get a 600w minimum

PSU Should always be 25-30% more in wattage than what’s needed by the system

PD is power delivery - if any of the USB ports / internal USB headers will be powering some power hungry component on the 5v rail
