Got the battery replaced today as it was giving a much lower runtime than advertised. Did not face any issues…

Did you use it with a home inverter socket or directly to mains supply socket without any home inverter connection?

I have RMA’d mine as well, the technician visit is in 1-2 days for the APC, overall they acted swiftly so far

Non-inverter socket. My load for this UPS is not sensitive to the switching time and will overload my inverter.
I think the service quality depends highly on the local service provider.

I used their online chat, they told me to send an email with invoice to some guy at their company and they’ll send someone after that. Is that how it went for you?

In my case the online support just took the complaint & then the local technician guy called me to schedule the visit.

Yes I had to do the same, after emailing, i called them again, the next call was from their side, the local technician

In my case the battery works fine but the ups itself doesn’t work correctly with non sinewave inverter though works fine with direct mains socket with no inverter connection.
Same for me, the local tech came, checked and then and then replaced battery after 2 days
I had bought this UPS july 2024, now the battery does not stay, pc shuts down when power goes, I raised a repair request, i got call from local team saying i have to pay for battery 
only UPS has warranty, battery does not. what BS. how to handle this ?
How much are they asking for the battery? Is it 7mah battery?
