Tried MP3 doctor but it is crap. Its not able to process the 2nd file. Tried MP3 audio editor causes distortions.
So plz suggest guys…

I have used something called as MP3Gain and it has worked fine. Try that.
Use Goldwave and Use the Gain Option.Best Option Without Clipping
MP3 doctor pro. (You know where to look)
Dbpoweramp with its plugin to amplify the output.
Will be trial and error to add gains and avoid distortion.
thanx guys, but i tried mp3gain and it doesnt work well. Actually i dont remember whats the problem with mp3gain but i tried that once and it doesnt do the job well…

You have to normalize the audio. If it wont work, try to increase the RMS with loudness maximisation plugins of dbpoweramp.
