I would really prefer someone from Bangalore. Come, check out and take the card. Given it is in custom loop, its very difficult for both myself and buyer if the card goes kaput to prove whose fault it is. I can test as much as possible but Ive always been tensed every time i had to dismantle the loop and set it again.
For shipping: the risk of shipping and DOA are on buyer.
