Barely used laptop developed upper corner red tint on its display

Hello guys, about 2 years ago i bought this laptop. MSI brave 15 b5dd (r5 5600h+rx5500m) laptop which has a “ips level” 144hz panel. While i bought this when i was moving for work/study, but past 2 years i didnt have to move. So i basically used my pc while keeping this thing nicely tucked in the lenovo laptop bag, and then inside wardrobe in a very safe manner.

I use the laptop from time to time to keep things fresh and updated. Recently i am noticing red tint or red ips glow mainly from upper right corner and a little bit on the upper left too.

Am i this unlucky, i have taken care of it too much. I also open the lid carefully from the middle to extend hinge life. But lastly the display developed its own issue. So i am asking you guys, is there any fix? Will it spread or should i live with it as it only shows on pitch black scenes and not on light colour?

Eventually it will spread, The panel is gone bad. I can share pics of a display having same issues

I do have habit to care for all my electronic products this is the one got spoiled..

See if it can be repaired somehow. Can this panel be replaced with less cost?

Should i ask msi directly or any third party shop?

it will increase with time. u can try third party shop, will be cheaper.

Ask MSI 1st about cost for panel replacement or any repair if possible then if they quote high cost then look for 3rd party solutions.

Generally this happens when weight has come on that side of panel

I don’t remember such things happened with my laptop. It just developed this on its own.. bad unit by Flipkart. They sold reject product on their bbd sale..

How much time will it take to spread? Also please share the pictures you have
