Best budget soundbar / speakers around 3,000 - 4,000 inr

looking to get a speaker system for my pc, budget is 5k.

any good suggestions ? like every other person on planet earth, looking for a bang for the buck deal

should i get a soundbar ? a bt speaker ? a home theatre ?

so far have narrowed down to 2 options, both are sketchy

  1. Zebronics Jukebar 200A NEW ~ 3,500
  2. MiVi fort q80 ~ 2,300 ( i did test this out, the sound was not upto the mark ( atleast the bass was not )

all suggestions are welcome

: )

Are you going to use it only with your PC, or do you want something portable as well?

If you’re only looking for speakers for your PC, then 2.0 desktop speakers or a 2.1 system would usually be the better choice. Those are designed for near-field listening and generally give better sound quality than cheap soundbars or portable Bluetooth speakers.

You can get Edifier R19BT or R33BT or M201BT if youre looking bluetooth. Creative Pebble V3 and plus 2.1 is also good. Edifier R19U is good without BT (I’d say best in that price bracket).

For portability, Tribit MaxSound Plus and Edifier MP120 is good under 5k.

i usually try to min max everything i buy, but this time i am not sure really.

i do want to use them with my pc primarily.

i tried pebble v3, but did not really like them a lot, the sound felt very shallow with little no bass

what would you suggest be a better choice ?

going with a soundbar or a bt speaker or bookshelf speakers if i can find any decent ones in that price bracket.

Try to hit up your neighbourhood junkyards. Perfectly functional imported bookshelves can be had for pennies. You can dedicate your entire fund to getting a decent Class D amp and BT adaptor. Good luck hunting, bro!.

actually, i live in a tier 3 city, so nothing much of use in junkyards

Try to hit up yards near those NRI residencies.

I have scored many items from Intel Enterprise NICs to Jaguar Bath fittings from Yards.

Older sony Speakers and UK brand Audiophile grade Bookshelves are quite common.

not where i live, i have searched as much as i could, maybe fb marketplace will help ?

or someone from here ?

You can try speakers from those who sell DJ equipment. Even tier 3 cities have those. Even villages have

“DJ wale baboo mera gana bajade!”

Small soundbars can’t beat physics. They will never sound “full” as a full sized speaker.

wow

maybe i should do that instead….

In that budget just go with any soundbar with a dedicated woofer for bass. They are all the same. Do a demo and decide.

I was looking for one in a similar price range and I purchased the UBOOM L and after setting the Oluv EQ, this speaker went from average to amazing. The clarity is on par with my headphones and I never felt the need to switch. I purchased it for around ₹4,700. I picked this over Soundcore Motion+ and the SoundLink Flex 2 so you can understand the quality it delivers.
