Best camera phone under 20-30K

My aunt is looking for a phone.

Her most important requirement is a good camera, both front and back.

Atleast 256Gb ROM, 8Gb ram is good enough.

Good battery size with fast charging.

And strictly no curved display around the edges (like Moto Edge 60 Fusion)

20-30K, maybe 35K max only if the camera justifies spending 35K.

She is currently using Oneplus Nord CE3

Thanks in advance

Google Pixel 8a if you want premium camera quality…goes for 34,999 currently

S24 FE or as another reply suggested - Pixel 8A
Both have very good camera. Both series suffer from battery issues after a while and heat. (I am not entirely sure about how it is in these phones and since no intensive tasks- heat might not be a problem)
Both are priced around 35k though.

S24FE is 36k after CC for 8/256GB, will prefer it over Pixel 8a because of storage & Pixel’s SoC (E2400 is much more efficient thermally & energy wise vs older Exynos or Tensor).

If you will never push the device to its limits & want a compact phone, maybe can consider Pixel 8a. But only 128GB variant seems in stock, which is a big con.

IMO coming from Nord CE3, even Nord CE5 will have camera improvements, can get 8/256GB for 25k or so. Battery life will be very good (7000mah).

Realme GT7 8/256GB is close to 32k after CC offer, can consider it as well. Just the main rear cam & selfie cam will come close to S24FE/8a (but likely still slightly inferior) but is still a good camera setup easily (same cameras as OP 13R). Main advantages of getting this are the performance (8 Gen 3 level) & the big 7000mah battery. So IMO a very good balanced phone at 32-33k.

Hi there. I’m sorry to say I’ve used the camera for only about a dozen photos just to check how they turn out and i can say that they are not worthy of a phone costing 28k. Very average, I’d even say below average. But I knew camera wouldn’t be good. It’s the awful calibration of the display and text clarity that’s completely unacceptable.
