htc touch diamond is the best bet … if you can wait then hold on for xperia x1 and htc touch pro to hit the shelves… for 20k though e71 is a very good phone for its price and otherwise also
Nothing compete with HTC TYTN II (27k) Windows mobile with qwerty keyboard and everything you can imagine except camera which is not good but it is perfect business phone
I’ve been using a P1i for a few months now. Works great for email (which I use extensively). Decent screen. Net works perfectly. Came with some Wayfinder 7 GPS software (the GPS device is a bluetooth one, can be hooked up to a laptop too). Camera is pretty crap (allegedly 3MP, color quality is worse than those elcheapo VGA digicams), but I have no use for it. Music playback is decent, with TrackID to identify songs on FM. Mercifully has a qwerty like keyboard without which sweaty palmed people like me would be screwed. I think it’s less than 20k now in Bangalore atleast.
That said, Tytn II is also a good buy although it’s slightly thicker.
