blackcats is down while they are moving the site to a new server.it was announced on the site - their forums went down about a week back and also the ability to upload new torrents was disabled a few days before the site went down.
should be back up in a while i guess
Tracker is back, site is still down.
site is up now, forums still seem to be down tho..
