I wish to know my net usage…but dont kno dataone.in login and password.I tried PPP login but dint work. I tried callin cc…you kno how it went

I talked to the guy who came to fit the connection.
He said i have to login using my portal id…
But wen i tried it said wrong username n pwd.
however he had given a webmail id, n m able to login using that id to my web mail. But no luck loggin to the site where we can check the usage…
I think some problem with BSNL itself…
Is there anyone able to check his usage???

Please follow the method given below for checking your monthly usage record :

Open the site http://10.240.43.216 or http://10.240.128.195

Type your current User ID and Password.

Go to ’ Service Record ’ and check your usage.
call them and ask..its pretty simple..
he does not have user : pass 
If its not in pppoe dialer, then check your modem(192.168.1.1) page?
If you are a new BSNL subscriber, you will need a portal ID to login at the BSNL portal.
Your username is NOT your portal ID. Call your local exchange and ask them for your portal ID.
Also the Dataone WebMail portal won’t work for new subscribers. The portal for new users is BSNL - Broadband Account Management.
Actually call the BSNL customer support ppl and insist that you want them to tell your portal ID and PW for checking usage…I had to insist despite his initial refusal…and succeeded eventually.
Well provide me your live IP, i’ll let you know all passwords.

nvr knew that bsnl cc was 24X7 available:)
I don’t think you can view usage details of “Unlimited” plans.
