What is the OP’s obession with buying the game? The money is not going to EA anyhow right now, so whom are you paying? Just sail the seas mate, its not that hard
Flipkart doesnt have the bandwidth to check all listings. Hence many shady things get through.

Be little alert. Yes they are better than many but still many frauds has happened and they are not upto the mark to resolve customer issues.
