issues with the convertor are mostly chipset related… n not pertaining to a particular laptop… if a good chipset in thr… it gonna work on any dp output…

i bought a direct minidp to dp cable …also do you have HDMI to DP (this has better chances of working than miniDP to dvi/vga)
its dp to hdmi female convertor…again i don’t have direct cable
