Can you guys review my new prospective build

I am building a new pc. By the day it will be used for office purpose which includes running softwares like tally, compuoffice(a third party software used by CA’s for all the compliances), ms office. By the night it will be used for light gaming, some 3d modelling for 3d printing and I also plan to test waters with localised AI. This the specs that I have thought of but nothing has been bought till now so I have room for modifications. Suggestions are well appreciated.

Mobo - Gigabyte B850 Gaming X WiFi for 17k

RAM - Any other brand, Adata ones are usually 10k

Ram was actually a placeholder brand. I was more concerned with the specs of the ram and that was the cheapest brand on pc part picker so I chose that.

Any other suggestions or this is a fine build to go ahead with?

Looks relatively fine, except the mobo & RAM that I highlighted earlier.

RAM & SSD - buy from Amazon during the sale

GPU - if interested in AI, 5060Ti 16GB might be worth the extra 10k but not like 9060XT can’t run AI models (will be slower vs Nvidia, that’s all). Nvidia is generally considered better for productivity.

*RAM & SSD can be bought from amazon, usually you get good prices

Bought the ram today from amazon patriot memory 6000mhz cl30 32gb kit for 8600

Should have waited for sale to begin & get SBI CC offer with it

I don’t use credit card or any online payment. I prefer cash payments only. I have ordered it and the delivery is 1st of Oct so I time to cancel as well if I get a better deal

Unless you are someone who don’t have the discipline to maintain a CC, you are just losing out on money on everything that you pay online on Amazon, FK, Myntra, Swiggy, Zomato, etc. All of them would have accounted for CC fees in their prices already.

It’s for taxation purposes that I don’t use online payment method nothing else

Wait, do you purchase other core components by cash? The CPU and GPU are paid by debit card right?

Maybe I am too poor to understand this but my friends who work as freelancers have CCs as well.

Nope. I prefer to deposit cash in vendor’s account directly. I have already contacted some of them and they are willing to take it.

Ask any of marwari or gujrati businessmen friend, they will tell you the reason to deal in cash.

I’m not sure if what I think is right, But I bought a lot of computer parts from an online store in Delhi. The online store had a 2% discount if you paid directly to bank account and shared SS on WhatsApp.

Maybe they are saving on transaction fees.

Yes that’s the most probable reason in this case and if they are giving you random bank accounts not linked to the shop in any form then something more is also involved, iykyk.

Yup, every businessman wants to save on fees and taxes. Even the Kirayana shop near my house has UPI in 5-6 Different names to spread out the payments.

everything is lit, this build looks pretty solid with the Ryzen 5 9600X and RX 9060 XT, should handle gaming and stuff really well. Just make sure the case has good airflow and maybe get a better cooler for the CPU.

I have bought thermalright peerless assassin 120 digital. I think it should suffice the requirement.
