Attention Everyone: There are certain changes in the Razer RMA policy.
For products brought from Amazon, Acro Engineering Company will only be responsible for invoices by Appario Retail Private Limited and Clicktech Retail Private Limited. Any other seller on Amazon is unauthorized, and Acro will not be responsible for the Warranty.
NO WARRANTY SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR Resold/Refurbished/Open Box Products.
Razer Products are covered under Warranty and Not Guarantee, so products may be repaired and returned to you against a raised RMA claim.
Starting from 1st April 2025, all Razer Replacement will be shipped in a Generic/Opened Box.
These changes are made to improve our quality of service and decrease Turn Around Time while eliminating the misuse of the Warranty Policy.
Ideally open box units should not have any warranty. Once they’re opened, they are as good as used. What if people start abusing it and actually use it without billing? And they put invoice date of few months before when the product goes bad.
Brands have no way of knowing when the product was actually put to use.
With items like phones, laptops, etc your activation date gets captured. Here, there is no way of doing that. And they might have probably observed such practices, hence these rules.
