OpenAI just dropped their own web browser called Atlas, and it’s basically Chrome but with ChatGPT baked right in. Similar to comet but takes few things forward. Still in it’s infancy stage but things. Available for Mac only at the moment. Agents cost money, browser is free to use.

Atlas is innovative and genuinely useful, but from a security standpoint, it’s basically handing an AI agent the keys to your entire browsing session. That’s a massive shift in how browsers work, and it opens up attack surfaces we’ve never really dealt with before.
