if ur ready to pay “that” much why not import a Jasper 360 from USA, KMD can help…
AFAIK Jaspers have a failiure rate of only 2-5% compaed to the older 360’s with a failure rate of 33%
If u want a PAL 360 then go the UK way

Even jaspers could fail for all we know. And then a KMD piece would be additional warranty issue.
RROD problems and failure rate stuff will only be known once these have been in the market for around a year or more. Everything else is just speculation, especially considering that MS hasnt acknowledged any cause or fix for the issue. Its all just speculation till now that the die shrink ‘should’ fix the issue 
Jasper is a Model revision of the X360 from M$, and is known to be less prone to the infamous RRoD
Buy a 360 pro from india itself, as if any problem arises, M$ will replace the console, pretty soon.
Note : Do not mod the console, do NOT, especially if u are buying from M$ india. If u wanna then (be ready for a RRoD anytime and) buy a Jasper from a grey market, will cost u arnd ~22k

microsoft is providing a manufacturers warranty for 3 years on xbox 360 console. just ensure you dont open or tamper it.
