Chrome is acting weird… Suppose I go to a forum where there are images attached in thread, it loads few images and display them for 5 seconds then images disappear and that small icon appears which come when image could not be loaded. This is happening on other websites too like phonearena etc, I have to refresh page quite a few times to load them properly… Alternatively when I open same link on firefox, images load without any problem… Chrome is updated !
Try Iron Browser.It uses same engine as chrome and supports extensions and themes as well.

Try clean install.
1.Uninstall Everything
2.Use CCleaner to remove any links
3.Install Again.
Will give clean install a try …
try re-installing it .
or run it in administrator mode
Reinstalled it also tried running it in administrator mode, Issue still persist 
… Images load for few seconds followed by broken image logo :excl:
happens in chrome , thou rare but it happens , with me it was the same problem , goes off itself in a day or two .
till then use other browser
