Why not get a mac air m4? Satisfies all the requirements except refresh rate. I use m2 air for work and 170hz monitor at home. Honestly prefer mac screen while coding than monitor’s. Also don’t know the exact specifications but it feels much better than windows laptops in this range.
Wouldn’t the Lenovo one fail on the battery backup requirement you had mentioned? I could be wrong but I’ve read that 13420h only lasts 3-4 hours on moderate use.
This is the only other one I’m considering other than your suggestion but really not intending on spending this much to be honest. Might just settle for 60hz refurbished ideapads since I don’t really use laptops much, only a few hours a day if I need a change in environment and if I’m out of town
If you can wait 20–30 days for delivery, then you should consider Lenovo customized variants though they are priced 85-87k with 3 years adp included you can get decent discount on lenovo’s website. I think you can get 8% discount with coupons and 3-5k cashback in 3 months roughly 10-12k in discounts. The only drawback I have found in those variants is soldered ram. If you want I can drop some suggestions.
Here’s the link to the laptop I’ve mentioned above. Probably, the best vfm laptop you can find would cost you around 73-76k depending upon discounts you apply. Also, I may be wrong about cc cashback period. I need to check that again.
compact thanks to quite thin bezels, 32 gb ram, great battery and cpu does the OLED have PWM flickering ? it can be a issue for long coding/productivity sessions.
Over all looks quite good for a development laptop.
The reviews I have attached above says flicker only noticable when brightness is under 35%, skip to [7:28] if you want to watch that section yourself. It also depends upon how sensitive op is to pwm flickering.
If you can wait till black friday there could be a sale so chances of more discount or 3 year adp could be priced down from 3k to 999. Here are the links to some people sharing their review and laptop and the shipping period experience.
