This behavior may occur after you install Office 2003, if the Web Debugging feature was selected for installation. If you select Web Debugging during the Office 2003 installation, the Disable script debugging check box in Internet Explorer is cleared. here’s the fix :
1.appy patches,updates
Install the latest version of Internet Explorer and preferrably Windows service packs and patches from windows updates.also enable Windows Automatic Updates.
2.Replace Microsoft Java VM with Sun Java.
You can download that from http://www.java.com/ as Sun’s Java is more secure and more up to date.Explorer.Then in Java’s options, check that Sun Java JRE is set to work with Internet
3.Apply security levels
Under Internet Options->Security Highlight the “Internet” icon and then click “Custom Level”. Choose “Medium” from the drop-down box at the bottom, then click the “Reset” button. Click ok, then click “Custom Level” again.
