After Anthropic nonchalantly introduced new rate limits many folks are mad. This is why we cannot have nice things.

Are you affected? Will you switch or is Claude Code still the best you have in the market?

Tomorrow there will be Qwen3 Coder 30B-A3B MoE. You can fit it within 16GB GPUs fully with decent 32k context window. I strongly suspect it will be the best coding model by far, very very close to Claude.
