Anybody knows this member. I was in the middle of negotiating a deal, then he is gone.

More context is needed:
What was the item, amount, negotiation terms, etc. May explain why he may have stopped responding.
If he posted 2 years ago, how did this deal even start, even if offline, and not have the contact details?
It was probably two years ago at this point. He had a DS1815+ with atom bug. He was trying to get it repaired. I was in discussion with him if he is unsuccessful in repairing he will sell this not working unit to me. So was waiting for sometime(it appears 2 years have passed since 
).
It was through private messages. We were in a primitive stage of discussion. No amounts were exchanged and sadly never thought to collect his contact(did not anticipate he will disappear from TE).
Plan was to mod that unit to a JBOD.
