Firefox 1.0.3 is a security update that is part of our ongoing program to provide a safe Internet experience for our customers. We recommend that all users upgrade to this latest version.

Here’s what’s new in Firefox 1.0.3:

  • Javascript “lambda” replace exposes memory contents

  • javascript: PLUGINSPAGE code execution

  • Showing blocked javascript: popup uses wrong privilege context

  • Cross-site scripting through global scope pollution

  • Code execution through javascript: favicons

  • Search plugin cross-site scripting

  • Arbitrary code execution from Firefox sidebar panel II

  • Missing Install object instance checks

  • Privilege escalation via DOM property overrides

Now my screen won’t go blank any more ,hopefully.I am sure it was a big javascript error.

what? security fixes? I didn’t know it was even broken! (I mean, i know, but I have had no problems till now…). Anyway, thanks for the info, the Spreadfirefox team has not even made it a main post, so i didn’t know it was released…

I like firefox mainly due to its high configurability & simplicity and use of use! :yahoo:
Updating my v1.0.2 beta
