UPDATE
MSI said the naming scheme of their laptops depends on the GPU in it so the 8RC has GTX 1050 (non-Ti) and the 8RD has the GTX 1050 Ti. Sorry for the confusion. The GPU details provided by MSI on the Flipkart site contradicted each other so…

Here, this buyer said that the MRP is 69,990rs, 70k effectively. And it’s discount price or the price which he paid for it was 64k. The current price is 60k. That’s 4k off. And imo it’s a very good deal. It’s a laptop for gaming with the latest 8th gen i5 (4C/8T) and GTX 1050Ti. Usually the products in this range come with 7th gen i5 (4C/4T) and GTX 1050 non-Ti (2GB).
No Thunderbolt, Also a TN Display( Some TN panels are good but not sure in which category this one comes). Also skeptical of the graphic card which is it 1050 or 1050Ti ? Review/processor and memory feature column shows it as 1050 but the main title says 1050Ti. But still I think it’s a great deal:)
Edit: Also No SSD included wish they would have added a 128GB Drive
See the price man. If you put the SSD it will shoot up. And the Indian gamers don’t really want SSD which is why it’s not there in this particular variant. You can put it separately if you want.
One kid I know got a more premium variant with i7 7th gen (I think) and GTX 1050 non-Ti and those RGB keyboard crap for 65k second-hand. He told me of how it was still new (it was about 6 months into usage) and how the first owner originally paid 85k! See?
Compared to that laptop this one looks more reasonable.
Yes but some people say it’s services isn’t good. It was posted here and there. I cannot confirm.
That page also says i7. It could be the same series but different variant/sub-model.
Just a disclaimer: Interested buyers should confirm the details with Flipkart/MSI reps/Acro Engg. before purchase.
