Corsair’s Vengeance LPX RAM has a tiny pocket below the RAM’s slot in its plastic packaging.
I never noticed this until now when I was packing it up again for a warranty claim.
I checked unboxing videos (surprised that there are some for these small-scale [HA!] products on YT) and there’s nothing there when it’s brand new and sealed either.
Any guesses on what this ‘pocket’ is meant for? I’ve bought Crucial NVME drives that came with a tiny screw for the drive in a similar sort of packaging. Is Big DRAM hiding something from us?
