Youtube app in iOS also down.

Well, goog jacked up prices recently, so…
If GCP was indeed down and is the source, then it means Apple support is hosted on GCP.
Google gave boners to everyone.

Not necessarily. Many support centers use voice to text conversion either for openAI to automate response or simply for storing.
And the best one in my experience is google speech to text, hosted on GCP.
Source: My current org has everything hosted on AWS and yet voice was affected, we traiged and found this was the issue
