I m getting 3 months old GIGABYTE 8600GT 256 MB ddr3 at 3200…Is it worth taking this card or not…pls reply asap
yeah !!!..
is it worth…any issues with GIGABYTE one
Get it , a Mercury new one sells for 3k which is very difficult to get + it comes with only 1 yr warranty…
Over here considering you are paying 3.2k and getting a 3 yrs warranty from the purchase date…not sure what was the initial date the seller bought it for…
i guess its the same card for sale here http://www.techenclave.com/market/gigabyte-8600gt-256mb-gddr3-3-month-115674.html …
oh!..its just 3 months old…good deal get it…
Also its a passive cooled card , so make sure ur cabinet is well ventilated and proper air flow is there , u sure dont want it to fry out of heat…
ATB.
means heating problem is there
Errr , I never said heating problem is there…it all depends how the card will perform in your cabinet…its an excellent pipe especially since its a fanless model , many prefer to go for it since it will make no noise at all…
especially when u keep the machine on all night for downloads , except the processor and psu fan nothing else !..usually these gfx fans are loud and noisy…
also many prefer to blow a 80mm silent fan with higher cfm over the card , which will keep it way cooler than even the generic onboard fan models…
so it all depends how u take it…
a rip off from a review…
ok…thanks for valuable information
I just scrolled by the review and the card sure looks promissing…and like i said , others have just addded a silent 80mm fan on top of that mammoth heatsink for efficient cooling incase ur cabby airflow is not proper…
here are 3 links u need to read upon…
