The prices you have quoted are a little too high for the current times. In other marketplaces, you can pickup a used 2060 with warranty for around 18k. 1660 Super/Ti goes for 15k-16k generally based on warranty and model. Similary, a used GTX 960 sells for around 4.5k-5k and is around 30% faster. Haven’t seen much 950’s being sold though.

As for the RAM, you can buy a brand new higher frequency 3200MHz Corsair Vengeance RAM for 2.55k while you can pickup a TeamGroup 8GB 3200Mhz for as low as 2.3k
