Good Laptop for my sister who is working.. Budget upto 50K , 15-16"

Kindly suggest a good laptop under 50K with 15-16" screen size. Previous laptop lasted only for 3-4 years.. very disappointing. So suggest a good brand with good support on repair and service.

Since there is sale going , would love to buy it now and save some.

AMD or Intel , anything is fine .. except they dont have any issues.

Also DOS OS would also suffice , i can shave off some cost . I can install Win 11 by myself.

Take a look at this HP Pavilion MSO 2021 AMD Ryzen 5 Hexa Core 8540U - (16 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 11 Home) 16-ag0019AU Thin and Light Laptop on Flipkart

Look at ThinkPad E series (on thier website also).

What is the use case ?

I always suggest, buy extended warranty or adp for laptop.

I would have recommended

Hp 100u based laptop for basic needs.
Bought for 35k local market, was going for 33k on flipkart/amazon.
unless you need something for gaming or video editing this will be more than sufficient.
Comes with original windows and office.
Got this one for my sister and my acquaintance.

Had considered. But did not have such requirements so went for above.
7535hs based lenovo.

8540u based hp.

Lenovo build your own have option for DOS. I got Lenovo IdeaPad 16 AMD in 2022. working well had few minor complaints. first issue under warranty charging led did not work requested Lenovo support they came to my place replaced my motherboard free of cost. second issue my keyboard led did not work I repaired it for 1200rs from third party Lenovo official support asked me change entire keyboard for 8k.
