Google has started rolling out the latest Android 4.2 Jelly Bean update for its Nexus 7 tablet and Galaxy Nexus smartphone, according to post on Google+ page for Nexus.
Currently the update is available for unlocked HSPA+ Nexus devices sold through Google Play store. Other Nexus phones will also get the update soon.
Nexus 7 owners should start getting notification about the update any day from now. Users can manually get the update prompt by following this procedure.

Turn on Wi-Fi, then go to Settings → Apps → All

Find Google Services Framework

Tap Force Stop

Select Clear Data

Go back to settings - > about and check for update
