Recently in my office they’ve blocked Gmail/GTalk.
So planning to buy an E61/2 for this use…
Havent used GPRS so would like to know.. which is the best service provider for this & if you guys are using them the rates as well?

Had BSNL 199 for one month. In my experience, the speed is pathetic to say the least.
Any users from B’lore who can confirm BSNL GPRS speeds?
gprs speeds change in huge range depending on locations, range(network). So u better confirm speeds people get in area u are gonna use it at…
Vodafone’s s*** expensive…199/- monthly rental + 5ps/10KB…
I use vodafone GPRS, They charge 10ps for 10kb, I disable all images on opera mini so that i can browse more pages 
My usage would mainly be on Gmail/Gtalk/News sites… do u think these speeds would be fine for that?
Speeds should be just about bearable…particularly if images and flash are disabled …I use airtel gprs in punjab and it does the job… I use FF 3 with the flashblock plugin+images disabled… really miss the good old Night UL days with BSNL .
