I actually agreed with what you said. Maybe you did not understand.
So let me put it this way. Just because somebody sells haleem with a pista house box does not mean its the real thing. That’s the point i quoted you on.
Whereas i not knowing any better would just look for a box with the right name and think i got the right product. Its really easy to be fooled with fakes.
well that is what is going in so called outlets out there. In each area in Hyderabad they have at least 4 outlets for each box they sell they get 15 Rupees commission. Last year when i had haleem one of their outlet and got literally nothing out.
This was last year, I am not sure there may be more outlets this year. I have vowed not to eat out at such places again.
the first time i ordered from pista house , i never knew i will end up living in hyderabad , now that i am here , every other day , a new kinda haleem to eat
come on guys, don’t be selfish and enjoy haleem all by yourself.
Let us know as well the places where you find good quality haleem.
I tried at bawarchi near madhapur, hyderabad. wasn’t good
I personally found that Pista House’s Haleem contains a large quantity of bones (of various sizes) which are not only irritating in such a dish, but also add to the weight. In a 250 gm tin, I think there were at least 75~100 gm worth of bones.
