Hi guys,
I have decided to go ahead with Honor 6.
Please let me know if I have other options within the mentioned price range.
I wouldn’t mind waiting for some promising new phone.

My requirements are:

  1. Good battery backup
  2. Good camera quaity - I’m not much bothered about color productions or zoom quality, but want something with high shutter speed so that the shots are not blurry and takes good enough photos with flash.

Please let me know your thoughts.

Also, I am considering moto g 2nd gen.
What do I lose if I consider moto g 2nd gen.

It would be priced much higher than 20k, I suppose.

Some reviews say that it takes around 6 hours to charge.
Does it take too long to charge it fully?

That would depend on the charger rating.

Huawei honor 6

  • fast, faster then almost all phones in that price range
  • good battery life
  • the back scratches easily ( can be solved by using a case)
  • gets warm esp on usage of cellular data 3g, much warmer then other phones

Moto g dual sim has an inferior screen,camera,battery life. What the moto is likely to have is better community support incase something goes wrong or you get bored.

The 2nd gen moto g has terrible battery life atleast on thenstock rom. The 1st gen is much better in this concern.

Apart from MI 4, any other phone worth waiting for?

Lenovo makes the phones with monster batteries in India. Moto in the US.

Camera: most of the phones have shutter lag. If camera is a priority, Samsung & Sony are supposed to be better. Nokia is the best, but not applicabel in your case!

At this budget your best bets would be past flagships. Or, the challengers like Mi4 or 1+1.

ZTE Nubia series which was supposed to launched i n India but they launched Grand Sii . It has good camera and 3100mah and dual SIM battery . Do check reviews , highly rated .
Expected to be launched soon , if you want now then check Chinese sites at $359

Also keep in mind that like many brands, Huawei doesn’t bother regarding upgrades to the OS.

ZTE Nubia N7 looks great. But there isn’t any date published for the release.
So it’s either Honor 6 or One plus one.
Will subscribe for the invites for Oneplus one.

Without the battery cover the battery life is average. But with the battery cover should give above average performer. Another good contender in the 20k price range.
