how good are Twinmos Ram's

hi there
got some dirt cheap rates 2day from my vendor for the Twinmos memory modules. how good are Twinmos Ram’s can someone review it pls

400MHZ

128mb PC 3200 (400mhz) RS.725
256mb PC 3200 (400mhz) RS.1150
512mb PC 3200 (400mhz) RS.2300

333MHZ

128mb PC 270 (333mhz) RS. 690
256mb PC 2700 (333mhz) RS.1100
512mb PC 2700 (333mhz) RS.2200

DDR-2 RAMS
256MB DDR2 (533MHZ) RS.1,900
512MB DDR2 (533MHZ) RS.3,000

even the DDR-2 ones are dirt cheap..
any comments

depends on what series it is. Tell him to show you a stick and note down markings on stick sticker as well as memory chips.
Then we will know which series is it and how good it is.

If its AA4T or 1A4T series, then it rocks cos its winbond. Else its bad cos its the sucky powerchip.

I don’t think you can get Winbond for such low prices…
