Hope I am clear now.
I just converted my credit card point to 2*50Rs. amazon vouchers.
On payment page, the gift vouchers were added up

I ended up adding 12 such vouchers to get an earphone and the rest amount could be paid like other normal transactions.

Had Axis credit card points and converted them to vouchers Rs. 50*12 and rest paid with credit card.
Earlier there was an option to convert into vouchers of Rs. 500.
