How to contact Paypal Support India ? Phone or Chat

I received a payment from very old contact on Paypal, but unable to withdrawn to my bank account.
Is there anyway to contact Paypal via Phone or Chat ?
Trying since 2 days but i get to there AI chat assistant and no further response from there.

I have an active bank account configured there, but appears that they send 2 amounts less then 1.5 INR which are not visible in my bank statements for last 6 months atleast..

Or if there is anyway to check transactions for SBI since last 5 years or more.
I logged into paypal after a long time

I had the same issue, but somehow after a day, it automatically credited to my bank account.

PayPal has an automatic settlement system. At 3-6AM PayPal issues the payment, which will take 2-7 days to reach your account. Check your account now and see what’s the status.

Its been 2 days, will wait as you mentioned.

Main issue being, my bank needs to get re-cofirmed again with those 2 small transactions from payal for 1:50 INR or less, I need to enter exact amount reflecting in my bank credit to paypal bank authorization page.

yes, that is necessary to activate your account. maybe try adding another bank account that is under your name.

Dont have other, the bank in question was added nearly 2 decades back.
Done many transactions on paypal..

Anyway to contact paypal. Phone, Chat or Email ?
I am trouble finding any of this 3 contact methods.. There is no form to fill as well anywhere.
