I think it takes 24 hours after all the conditions are met for user level to gain those privileges.

You can now check under Traders in settings if you are eligible

nothing as such shows up for me, neither do i have commenting privileges on the marketplace. what could be wrong ?

In all the places we have mentioned that it take upto 24 hours for the changes to take effect once you qualify.
