also for playing 720p HD movies in full hd 23inch monitor with this mother board , should i need graphic card or onboard graphic card can do the job

Digital or analog?

If it is analog, those 3 3.5mm jacks are the required outputs. You will need to configure the outputs from the audio control center (Realtek I am assuming) from the OS.

If it is digital, you will need to get yourself a SPDIF out which connects to the board via the header. Or make yourself one - http://www.techenclave.com/guides-and-tutorials/digital-output-from-onboard-audio-118758.html

As for playing the hd rips, you will require a GPU since the onboard GMA X4500 IGP may not do a good job at decoding the files. A cheap GPU can do the trick.
