And the price is very tempting.
Yes, but I was not able to find any reviews from india. I want to know if there are any feature differences between indian and global variants. My galaxy watch 4 does not support some features which are supported globally

I too had Galaxy 2 and it did not had ECG and all due to restrictions.
I am not sure if they are made available in India with an update now.
There were rumors of these health things will come to India too .
Anyways Even if some of the features as restricted. Overall a decent purchase it seems.
But since you already have Galaxy 4. Not sure if you have much to look forward to this.
battery life is huge upgrade, my watch 4 only lasts a day, software seems pretty optimized from reviews

would have gone for the 42mm size if available..
I’m using for about 7-8 months now. I wear it everyday for 22 hours at least.
The good -
- Accuracy is the best at this price point. I compared HR with oximeter. Treadmill distance the watch calculated was 99% accurate what the treadmill showed (distance and steps). Sleep tracking is 99% accurate for time. Step counter is accurate.
- The battery backup is the best. I have turned on continuous realtime HR monitoring and still lasts more than a week (without AOD)
- Comfort is good enough. Doesn’t feel bulky.
- Fast charging.
- Long bt range.
- Call quality and mic are actually good.
The bad -
- No sapphire glass. I hadn’t installed a screenguard and got several scratches in few months.
- Google hates huawei. Installing the huawei health app requires you to disable play protect. No syncing with Google fitness app.
- Limited third party applications. But i personally don’t use any apps anyways.
- Playing phone music is hit miss. If you use several music apps on phone like yt music, local player, apple music, etc.. it somehow controls one but not always the current player.
- Extra straps not sold in india. And no good quality third party ones either
That’s because US has banned Huawei because of which no US based company can officially support Huawei products.
Apple has this app listed on appstore.
Maybe some sort of loophole/relaxation, maybe because the app is not being installed on huawei hardware &/or the install require some sort of consent from user/no link or support from apple in case of any issues.
