Iā am surprised you still havent upgraded as you started this topic in Feb.. or may be you are upgrading in parts.
I had a similar conundrum Upgrade from Current PC from 10th Gen to 14th Gen Intel - #15 by Dileep_Nagesh and what i figured is there is hardly any gain these days from upgrading and AI will take over soon.. so we will have to leave everything and run 
So in short.. if you need then only upgrade to latest and greatest.. unless money is burning a hole in your pocket.
