I dont know why there is such restrcition as there are some deals i wanna get my hands on ( i do know that there is an option to get the badge, but still and also aware that this is a way to prevent scammers but i dont feel this stops it)

@Renegade I got the āMarket Acessā badge on my profile but I canāt reply to marketplace posts or dm anyone. Was it awarded by mistake or is it a bug? ![]()

I just cannot do any dms to anyone, else i would have contacted @Renegade directly.
i am having the same issues, my profile fulfills all the market access requirements and still i am unable to dm or post anything in the market section and another friend of mine is having the same issue too.
Try from another device browser in incognito/in-private window.
I tried different browser too and it is still the same.
Iām guessing you just completed the requirements.
You need to wait 24 hours for the system to assign the market access badge.
(This was the same on xenforo too)
