rptech have a sony card reader a year back was 400 bucks.

TH a cheap USB card reader is a more VFM option imo.

@Farookh, where was it available? I saw Appo’s unit on Fleabay, around 700. Expensive!

Sony MRW-620 or something is what farookh sir is referring to mostly;

was available at your friendly neighbourhood Lammy store for 350/- iirc.

I have this one- very old unit- cable has single internal monoblock usb header and detacheable miniusb at unit end.

So was using it for portable HDDs when i couldn’t find my mini usb cable. :face_with_tongue:

New units had a dual monoblock internal header and hence an additional USB port on the unit but not sure if the cable is detacheable. :slight_smile:
