Have you guys used chromebook? If so how was your experience ? Are they really worth?
Edit: I know it’s limitations but I want to know your experience with chromebook because people here are well versed in tech.

No, not worth at all. Please just buy a somewhat sensible laptop. All the people i encountered with chromebooks say that they regret their purchase and should have just bought a windows laptop.
Unable to use microsoft 365 apps is a big reason often cited.
In India, chromebooks are not cheap and windows alternatives are not that far from chromebook prices. Also, You would have to go all-in into google eco system.
better to increase budget slightly and get a windows option. If you found a great deal for a chromebook, then may be yes, in that case do share the details.
I had one for a while and honestly it depends what you need it for. If it’s just browsing, YouTube, docs and light stuff, then yeah it’s super handy and cheap. But if you need to install heavy programs or do gaming, it’s pretty limited.
Unless you are getting it for very cheap, I would suggest you to avoid getting a chromebook. You can search for 2nd hand laptops if budget is an issue. But again it all depends on your usecase. If you can share more details, people here can provide better suggestions
I thinking about using it for watching youtube and browsing. Also plan flashing the bios and using other OS.
Yup I will buy only used chromebook if I am going buy one.
