hi, is there any controller compatible with M.U.G.E.N games?

wat abt logitech or xbox’s one? are they compatible?
i need a controller which can use 6 buttons(a,b,c,x,y,z)..

do suggest me one that can work with MUGEN games…and also the price

MUGEN is an arcade style game..
eg is Dragonball Z MUGEN Edition. its a fighting type of platform…M.U.G.E.N - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

its played on a PC.

hi…you can get such joypad…of SAITEK brand
they cost around RS1200 -2000

i actually found a dealer in my hometown nagpur…:slight_smile:

Sega genesis gamepad with a converter would be the best option.

The problem is neither is available easily (in my case couldn’t find one at all). All gamepads I came across are styled like PS2 controller. Hence I am using R1 & R2 as C & Z respectively. The configuration is ok if the character uses this for one button action like rolling but very difficult for a combo small or large. Got really tired of this and started using the following config:
Num 7:A
Num 8:B
Num 9:C
Num 4:X
Num 5:Y
Num 6:Z

If a 6 buttoned gamepad is available in Mumbai please let me know.

Strangely a keyboard works better than a gamepad for MUGEN and even emulated PSX fighters.
8 fingers as opposed to 2 thumbs means combos are much easier to execute. Even easier than an actual arcade machine heh.

before buying xbox360 controller i had a cyber tech or something like that i am not sure of the name that had 6 buttons plus 2 triggers at the top

found the old box, the name cyber media game raider and the website they gave that was working fine earlier on when i bought it(i remeber it, because i downloaded the drivers from it) is now changed.
