Is this a decent price for a core ultra 225 based Lenovo SFF desktop build?

I want to make a SFF/mini/portable/not so big build for a productivity build . Mainly office processing/some programing/some simple graphics and video editing.

Mini PC are very costly for the CPU they offer. As on today mini PC price and custom build price is same due to elevated CPU/RAM/SSD pricing.

I was looking at Lenovo SFF (not tiny) with following specs-

System Specs:
Processor: Intel® Core™ Ultra 5 235 vPro® Processor
Operating System : No Operating System
Microsoft Productivity Software : No Microsoft Office
Form Factor : Small Form Factor, 310W 92% Power Supply
Memory : 16 GB DDR5-5600MT/s (UDIMM)selected upgrade
Graphics Card: Intel® Arc™ A310 Low Power 4GB GDDR6
First Solid State Drive : 512 GB SSD M.2 2280 PCIe Gen4 TLC Opal
Second Hard Drive Bracket: 2.5" Hard Drive Bracket SFF
Wireless: Realtek Wi-Fi 7 RTL8922AE 2x2 BE & Bluetooth® 5.4

The above is costing me around 62-63K after cashback offers.

Is this an okay price for latest gen processor ? I was looking for 12400/13400 based system but pricing are way too high now.

Is it okay to but above build at 62K or build one myself using used parts ? Please sugggest .

My budget is ideally under 50 but can stretch to 60K, excluding monitor and UPS.

Thanks

Reason for purchasing it? always build it with used parts if you can. its worth the saving with a pc with the specs you want at a low price with some cash in the bank for future upgrades if needed.
