Hi Guys,

Me thinking of selling my Kingston Value RAM. CAS - 3.

It is not the best for overclocking. Which is why I am offering it for 7,000Rs. Price negotiable.

For it’s performance check the “post your overclocks” thread. I have posted my overclocks there. And this was done using an Asus A8V Deluxe which is far from an overclocking mobo.

This RAM is based on Hynix D43 chip which was the same chip used by Darklord to get fantastic overclocks on an A8N SLI Deluxe. But I am warning you… not all RAM overclocks the same way and this is no guarantee that you will be get Darky’s overclocks using the same chip(d43) based RAM. It takes a bit of talent and luck also.

The A8V Deluze HTT is limited to 300. So, I guess the performance was sort of limited.

Anyway… to conclude ---- Kingston Value RAM based on Hynix D43 chip for sale. 512MB x 2. for 7K. Price negotiable.

This is the highest I have touched using an A8V Deluxe. I am pretty sure, it will improve with a better mobo. And also, I have not really pushed the RAM to it’s limit in this test.

Otherwise, at 2T, I have touched 258MHz on this RAM.

Dude RAM is dirt cheap now.U can get new 2x512mb d43 for 4200 with three years warranty.

Well everywhere.Brand:Hynix D43.
There is no reason to be livid though.Even I got a 256mb d43 stick for 1650 just two months back,now its just 1300.

I just bought 2 Hynix 512 MB modules for 5k. Both based on the D43 chipset.

Though Nikhil’s offer is good, dunno whether you will be able to sell it.

Try selling 512 at a time.

I got the whole system in Feb 1st week. Feb 8th to be precise. So, the RAM is 3 months and 10 days old… And I got it got 9K.

anyway, forget that,

5K. But I am really sorry to say that shipping will be extra… I am really sorry abt this… But 5K + shipping(will not be much. Probably abt 100/- or so. Not very sure).

CAS 3 but it overclocks damn well… Check the “post your overclocks” thread for results…

I run it constantly at 2-3-3-6 at 200MHz and it is rock steady and Prime 95 stable…
