Too bad they only work in Kolkata though. Why do good things only happen to a minority of people?
AND good news for Mumbai people too. Some employee from Neon Broadband was spamming away at broadband India forums an posted the plans (all unlimited), and he left his phone number for those interested :
fianlly some good news. i see that soon AIRTEL has to follow or else i see no reason why people will stay with them for very long ,unless these small players are not able to meet up to the true expectations of the people. the support the provide and stuff. lets hope for the best.
i dont think if they provide such things it will be of any use. i think ONLY committed players will last on the long run. there is not point getting a 512 kbps connection which is not working 10 days. anyways hope that this at least opens up the eyes of the bigger players to get in some 512 and 1 mbps plans soon.
Have ne of you actually used the 512k unlimited from alliance? I have… the max you’ll get is 40-45 kbps on that connection, and it’s really bad with most of the ports blocked, so sucks wen it comes to p2p.
