Laptop for a student getting coaching for NEET
What should be the budget?
Around 50k or 80k?
Or higher?

I don’t think NEET requires any special software or anything.
If you are on budget, just get any laptop (< 40k) with FHD resolution, SSD and 8GB+ ram.
If you got the money, splurge on an apple air laptop for better battery life.
If the student plans to take notes with a digital pen, skip the laptop and just buy a tablet (usually around 20k-30k) with a pen. better battery + easier interface + more portable. Preferably with the display-out feature, so that they can connect it to a tv/monitor to watch videos on a bigger screen.
Please suggest any tablet usually around 20-30k range with pen and keyboard support included.

Can this tablet be connected to any wifi/non wifi printer to take print outs?
As long as the printer is connected to LAN (via ethernet or wifi), you can use phone/tab to print.
For keyboard, just buy any cheap bluetooth keyboard (eg: I personally use portronics keyboard) and you can connect it to any bluetooth/usb device (tv/tab/phone/pc).
go to amazon → all → shop by category → mobile and computers → tablets → select “stylus support” from features filter and just go through them. There’s like < 20 models from 4 companies (lenovo, Mi, samsung and apple), so, it shouldn’t take long to check them all out.
Try to buy recent ones (sort by newest arrivals), as they have a huge jump in battery capacity (8kMaH > ). eg: xiaoami for 18k (without pen)
There’s also ipad for 33k (without pen or sim support).
Consider if you want a tab with sim to use while travelling (or if wifi unavailable eg: in a park). You can always get away by using hotspot from mobile.

I would highly recommend to get a tab instead of laptop. They have lot of soft copy notes where a tab would would come in handy for reading and marking down stuff. Make sure to buy the one which has good stylus support. I would say dont cheap out on the tab, buy samsung/ipad one older to the falgship one. They can use the same tab during their college days too. My sister is using her samsung tab s7 plus which she bought in 1st first of neet preparations and now she is in 5th year MBBS.
Yes even with non wifi printer u can use otg if you download the plugins for the printers available on playstore.
